My best holiday

I really don`t remember my best holidays, I don`t even know if I have a best holidays, but I do have a one favorite holiday. This holiday is the international woman’s day. The first national Women's Day was observed on 28 February 1909 in the United States following a declaration by the Socialist Party of America, after that every march 8th is celebrated around the world a day dedicated especially to women. The essence of this holiday is to commemorate the fight of women for his rights, besides, seeks the recognition of the vital role of women in society and also, looking the same equal opportunities and equal rights that men.

I like this day because we can celebrate, as a woman, the fact of be a woman, we can feel proud and we can demonstrate that we are more than housewives, bodies and sexual objects. Its not about feeling better than men, but seeks recognition, under the same conditions, of the importance of men and women. Because society we want must be built on the basis that all persons should be considered equal.

We are equal in our differences

The god and the bad of the last semester

Last semester was full of good times. Regarding university, I can say that I was very well, I had good marks and, besides, I had a excellent relation with my friends and me university mates. I other hand, I had very interesting subjects, whit these subjects I learned a very different things.

However, the last semester also had a bad momento, or at least, not so good. We had a great deal of studies, accordingly, the free time was very limited. As a result of these things, I had a really stressful and difficult semester. But, it was worth.

Otherwise, the last semester I bought a bike, this allowed me to ride a bicycle to the university, in such a way that I could avoid the public transport and, also, I managed save money, money that  could be used to other stuff.

Thus, in the six months that I livedhappened good and bad things, but all good to grow.

In what country do you like to live?

A country I'd like to live is France because in that country the cultural life is more accessible than Chile, for example, if your age is under 25 you will have discount on the museum’s tarif. Also, there are a lot of free shows like plays, concerts. In other side, France have a lot of beautiful citys like Paris, where you can find places like Eiffel Tower or Louvre museum.

In the other hand, the public services like the heltht area or the school and the university are free and the quality of these institutions are very good.

Also, I’d like to live in this country because is a place where you can find many people from different cultures. So, you have the opportunity to know a lot of different realities of the world.

Another point which I would like to live in France is for  weather, because the mediterranean influence is manifested by soft winter and a hot summer.

Finally, I’d like to live in France because I want to learn to speak french.
